چکیده
This study aimed to elucidate the anti-inflammatory activity of C. tinctorius leaves by measuring inflammatory parameters such as nitric oxide (NO) production and mRNA expression iNOS, interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-1β in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced HaCaT cells. Further, effect ethanol extract on MAPKs/NF-κB signaling pathway was examined The phytochemical profile determined using UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS. results indicated that effectively attenuated LPS-induced secretion NO, IL-6, LPS-stimulated protein expressions iNOS were decreased pre-treatment with at transcriptional level Moreover, suppressed NF-κB suppression mediated signaling, inhibiting phosphorylation p38 p65 However, there is no significant JNK extract. QTOF-MS/MS analysis revealed identification 27 components leaves. data demonstrate protects cells suppressing p38, p65, p-JNK via inactivation pathway. These may serve a potential candidate prevent inflammation-related diseases.

Anti-inflammatory effects of guggulsterone on murine macrophage by inhibiting LPS-induced inflammatory cytokines in NF-κB signaling pathway
The present study was aimed to investigate the effects of guggulsterone (GS) on proinflammatory responses as well as the underlying molecular mechanisms in macrophage upon lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation. Effects of GS on viability of Raw264.7 cells were examined using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was e...
متن کاملUfm1 inhibits LPS-induced endothelial cell inflammatory responses through the NF-κB signaling pathway
Endothelial cell dysfunction and inflammatory responses are important early contributors to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis (AS), which still remains to be decoded. Ubiquitin-fold modifier 1 (Ufm1) is a new member of the ubiquitin-like protein family, and its biological function remains largely unknown, particularly in endothelial cell injury and inflammatory responses. In the...
متن کاملBHBA Suppresses LPS-Induced Inflammation in BV-2 Cells by Inhibiting NF-κB Activation
β-Hydroxybutyric acid (BHBA) has neuroprotective effects, but the underlying molecular mechanisms are unclear. Microglial activation plays an important role in neurodegenerative diseases by producing several proinflammatory enzymes and proinflammatory cytokines. The current study investigates the potential mechanisms whereby BHBA affects the expression of potentially proinflammatory proteins by...
متن کاملOleoylethanolamide exerts anti-inflammatory effects on LPS-induced THP-1 cells by enhancing PPARα signaling and inhibiting the NF-κB and ERK1/2/AP-1/STAT3 pathways
The present study aimed to examine the anti-inflammatory actions of oleoylethanolamide (OEA) in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced THP-1 cells. The cells were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/ml) in the presence or absence of OEA (10, 20 and 40 μM). The pro-inflammatory cytokines were evaluated by qRT-PCR and ELISA. The THP-1 cells were transiently transfected with PPARα small-interfering RNA, and TLR4 ...
متن کاملQingkailing Suppresses the Activation of BV2 Microglial Cells by Inhibiting Hypoxia/Reoxygenation-Induced Inflammatory Responses
Qingkailing (QKL) is a well-known composite extract used in traditional Chinese medicine. This extract has been extensively administered to treat the acute phase of cerebrovascular disease. Our previous experiments confirmed that QKL exerts an inhibitory effect on cerebral ischemia-induced inflammatory responses. However, whether QKL suppresses the activation of microglia, the primary resident ...
